Members of the Crossway group visited shut ins 3 days during their trip. They were able to bless them with food and prayer, and they were blessed and moved to see these people praising God even in the horrible situations they live in.
Here are some pictures of the first two days of the Crossway Groups mission trip. They were 25 folks from around Cranberry PA, made up of a youth group and a family group, including 5 children between the ages of 8-10. They built a store for a blind person, painting a school and ministering in many different ways around San Luis.
The Crossway team also ministered to people in the streets. Here they are doing a program in Donaciano's neighborhood. A local pastor has promised to follow up with regular meetings.
Pastor Gibbs and his family team brought a lively VBS program to the children of the soup kitchen, who enjoyed 3 days of fun Bible learning. This is a group who brought young children, and they had a great time.
The Crossway AG team from Cranberry blessed our friend Margarito with a store his family can use to help their income. It is our 2nd Inluvvi store and we are praying that it will be a success.
Marcelo has been giving additional teaching to the boys as he constructs a wall around his home. Here are some pictures:
Please be praying as this month we will be taking patients to the Tecate Plastic Surgery Clinic. Pray for safety and that everyone can get the best treatment possible. Here are some pictures of a potential patient, Itzel Sarai...
The young men of Oasis are staying busy with the workshop expansion. Pedro is very proud of the boys as they show great interest, are improving their skills and are becoming more independent in their work. Here are some pictures.
It was amazing to be a part of this ministry. It has been a blessing, the best experience of my life. At first I was nervous because this was my firs missions trip, but once I got here I felt like nothing could stop me. God gave me such peace when I had to speak in front of others, which is something I don't normally like to do. He gave me strength and endurance. - Sharon
Coming on this trip, I was scared. I was scared because I was afraid to give testimonies and to talk in front of other people. God gave me the strength to face my fears and I even gave a testimony on fear. Another fear I had was praying out loud when I was praying for other people. When I finally prayed out loud I felt like I was giving them an even greater blessing. - Brenny, Victory AG Group
