A Foundation for Every Child
Many families in the neighboring community of Luis B. Sanchez work long, demanding hours in the nearby agricultural fields to provide for their families. Despite their hard work, affordable childcare remains out of reach for many, leaving parents with difficult decisions about who will care for their young children while they are away.
The Luis B. Sanchez Daycare Center provides a safe, loving place where children can learn, play, and grow while experiencing the love of Christ. At the same time, parents have the peace of mind of knowing their children are being cared for as they work to support their families.
Growing Together
In November 2022, God placed this need on the heart of the daughter of Pastor Cesar Wilfrano, founder of the House of Grace Senior Home. In response, the Luis B. Sanchez Daycare Center opened alongside the senior home, with both ministries sharing the same building and resources.
Today, the daycare provides up to 30 children with a safe, loving environment where they receive meals, education, and the love of Christ, all free of charge for their families. It is also a special place where children and seniors grow in faith together.
Caring Hearts Ministry supports the daycare through weekly groceries, financial assistance, prayer, and encouragement for the staff. Mission teams also spend time with the children through games, prayer, and meaningful relationships.
