Martín was taken in by his older brother after being taken from his mother due to drug addiction problems. His older brother is already married, has his own family, and is unable to support Martín. They decided to take Martin to Oasis because they want better opportunities for him and wanted him to be in a safe place where he wouldn't lack anything to get ahead.
