Maria Feliz has tumors in her lungs and requires the use of oxygen 24/7. Her roof leaks and she needs a new one as this is very detrimental to her health.

Victoria has a cancerous brain tumor. She breathes through a trach tube in her neck and has an eye that has been affected by the tumor. Caring Hearts takes her to Tijuana to treat embolisms in her foot and hand.

Omarcito is an 11-year-old boy with a club foot. He has had multiple operations in Tijuana. Caring Hearts helps him with transportation to surgeries and other appointments.

Milagros Nikol is 11 years old. She is currently on kidney dialysis, awaiting a kidney transplant. Caring Hearts provides basic provisions and assistance with medical visits.

Melany is a 4-year-old girl with club feet, scoliosis and has a stint in her brain. Her childhood has not been an easy one, but she has shown so much improvement over the last 4 years. Caring Hearts helps her, her mom and 2 siblings, by providing medical transport and other basic needs.

Mario and Maria are brother and sister. Mario suffers from facial cancer and diabetes. Maria suffered an accident as a young girl and is paralyzed. Caring Hearts helps with rent, basic needs, and appointments.

Luna and Sol are twins with cerebral palsy. Both have difficulty walking and have vision issues.

Logan is 5 years old boy with a club foot and is unable to walk well. Caring Hearts continues to take him to Tijuana for surgeries to correct his foot.

Laysha is a sweet 15-year-old girl with cerebral palsy and requires surgeries on her legs to help her walk. Caring Hearts helped her get to Tijuana for an operation.

Karina is a single mother of a son who has autism and requires significant care. She suffered a back injury and cannot walk without a walker, which makes taking care of him very difficult.

Jorge is blind and has lost a leg. Caring Hearts was able to help him get a prosthetic leg. He receives basic provision and medical support from Caring Hearts.

Hortencia lost her leg and has tumors in her eye. Caring Hearts assists with basic needs and transportation to medical appointments in Mexicali.

Gloria has pulmonary fibrosis and she needs oxygen 24 hours a day. She lives in a small room that has no bathroom. She needs support to install a bathroom in her home.

David is 11 years old and has a club foot. Caring Hearts takes him to surgeries and appointments.

Daniela has cancer. Her husband is disabled. She has three young children. Caring Hearts transports her to Mexicali for chemotherapy and consultations twice a week.

Consuelo is diabetic and had to have her leg amputated. She is also blind. Life has not been easy for her, but the joy of the Lord and her hope in Jesus is her foundation.

Artemisia has just one leg. Her husband has health and addiction issues. She needs a room built onto her small house and she needs a new roof.

Andrea is 9 years old and has a club foot. Caring Hearts takes her to Tijuana for appointments and surgeries.

Alan has a seizure disorder which causes his body to go completely rigid and has caused significant developmental delays. He is unable to walk and unable to complete any tasks on his own. He is 100% dependent on his mother Sandra, who is a widow. Sandra is doing the best she can for Alan but is unable to work due to his disabilities.

Angela is 15 years old. She has a club foot, autism, and Tourette syndrome. Her mother is diabetic.

Rosa is the mother of twin girls, Ruth and Noemi. Ruth has significant developmental delays and suffers from severe gastrointestinal issues since birth. Noemi struggles with autism and pre-schizophrenia. The girl's father died when they were young. Rosa was able to remarry. She recently had a surgery to remove a cancerous tumor. CHM has helped them build a small room outside their trailer for much needed additional space. Caring Hearts provides Rosa and her girls with colostomy bags, medication, and transportation to appointments.

Rosa struggles with heart problems and diabetes. Also, if you have visited her in the past, you likely met her sweet grandson, Santiago. He passed away in 2023 and it has been very difficult for her to recover. Rosa still cares for her lovely granddaughters, Nataly and Kenia, since their mother was tragically murdered. Caring Hearts provides this family with necessary medications and groceries.

Tadeo is a sweet boy with lots of energy! Born with a cleft palate, he has received correction surgeries. Tadeo lost his mother about 5 years ago and Ruth, his grandmother, cares for him. Ruth lost her leg due to her struggle with diabetes but was given a prosthetic to gain her independence again! Caring Hearts supplies this family with diapers, groceries, insulin, and transportation to appointments.

Martina lives with her daughter, grandson and more recently her ex-husband who requires care for his illnesses. Martina suffers from severe heart problems, making simple tasks difficult. She tries to help her daughter as much as possible and loves spending time with her precious grandson. CHM supports the family by providing medications for Martina and her daughter, diapers for her grandson, food for the family and propane gas.

Martín is paralyzed. He has hopes of starting his own business and tutoring local students. Caring Hearts helps him with basic supplies. Volunteers from a local church are coming to help him get up and out of his house as much as possible.

Israel is the brother of Victoria (young girl with leukemia). He has autism, which makes daily activities more challenging. His mom is quite stretched with taking care of him and Victoria. CHM provides the family with food and gasoline needed for medical travels.

These are three of the thirteen siblings who lost their mother to cancer when they were just children and were then abandoned by their father when she became ill. The 2 oldest, still children themselves, became the primary caregiver for their younger sibling. Before dying, the mom asked Inés to make sure that her children were taken care of. They are doing well given the terrible circumstances. CHM supports them by providing food and propane gas.

Due to a prolonged battle with diabetes, Enrique lost his legs, confining him to a wheelchair. He has been fitted for prosthetics, but they are painful for him to wear. He also struggles with sight issues. For years, CHM has provided him with transportation to and from his ophthalmology appointments. He is finally awaiting an appointment to receive surgery! To add to the difficulties, his wife has fallen ill and is now confined to a bed. This family is experiencing a lot of struggles but our God is able to bring peace and comfort amidst the trials of life! CHM supports him and his wife with medicine, diapers and food.

Danna is 8 years old and has spina bifida with hydrocephalus and uses diapers. She lives with her mom and CHM supports her with diapers, medicine, and takes her to Tijuana to receive specialized treatment.

Nicole (Italy) is a ray of sunshine! Despite the fact that she is disabled due to her spinal problems, she is rarely seen without a big smile on her face. She lives with her mom in a very tiny shack, which is difficult to navigate with her wheelchair. CHM supports her and her mom by taking Italy to Tijuana for necessary orthopedic treatments.

Jorge is a sweet boy who lives with his parents and his 5 little brothers. His parents have a lot to take care of. Jorge is blind, disabled and has autism, making him completely reliant on others for everything. CHM helps his family with medicine and diapers for Jorge.

Juan is an adult male with Down Syndrome who lives with his mom, Irma. This family is fighting through a lot. Juan suffers from severe heart problems and his mom has colon cancer. In the past, CHM repaired their home and today, we provide Irma with colostomy bags.

Maria is a sweet woman who is blind and has been diagnosed with colon cancer, causing her to lose most of her independence. She is currently living with her son. CHM provides Maria with the colostomy bags that she needs to use and provides groceries for the household.

Kevin is a sweet 4 year-old boy that was born with bone deformities that require him to wear braces and/or casts on his arms and legs. He has undergone numerous surgeries in an attempt to fix his bones. His family is prayerfully expecting Kevin to grow up as a "normal" young boy that's able to run and play just like his peers. They hope to one day see him play futbol! Kevin and his parents live in a small home with his grandfather. Caring Hearts helps this family with some of the medical costs that they accrue. We also help by purchasing food and other necessities for this family.

Alejandro suffers from Schizophrenia, making it incredibly difficult, if not impossible to work. Caring Hearts helps with the coordination of and transportation to his consultation appointments every month.

Michelle is the mom of Charlotte, our sweet girl that has a tube and tract in her throat. On top of caring for Charlotte, Michelle suffers from diabetes that is sometimes difficult to manage. Caring Hearts provides Michelle with necessary medical supplies for herself, as well as for Charlotte.

Patricia is the mom of three children and is actively fighting stomach cancer. Caring Hearts supports her with getting to and from Mexicali for treatments, as well as supplying the family with groceries and other necessary items.

Raquel is such a light to those around her! Raquel suffers from diabetes and high blood pressure, leaving her bedridden. An unfortunate byproduct of being bedridden is bed sores, which were becoming quite severe due to an inadequate mattress. Caring Hearts recently provided Raquel with a new mattress. We also supply her with diapers and other necessary supplies.

Araceli was in a terrible accident years ago, causing her to lose her left leg, and her independence. For years, she was bound to her wheelchair, requiring constant assistance from others. Caring Hearts was able to work with the Limbs for Humanity project to get her a prosthetic leg as well as help her receive a necessary eye operation. Araceli has regained much of her independence and is able to live a far more normal life. Caring Hearts continues to support her with necessary pantry items.

Adrian has tongue cancer. He is married and has one child. He and his family live with his mother in the home Caring Hearts built for them several years ago. They are now looking for support to build a small extension to the home to accommodate their growing family. Adrian was working at a restaurant, but recently, he has been unable to because of his health. Caring Hearts continues to support Adrian and his family, helping with medical treatments for his cancer.

Ophelia has been blessed with a prosthesis that she sometimes uses rather than the wheelchair. However, she often struggles with swelling from her diabetes which makes it difficult to use the prosthesis. Caring Hearts helps with obtaining necessary medical treatment and supplies.

Yamileth is a sweet teenager that sadly, at such a young age, is confined to her bed because she has spina bifida with hydrocephalus. Caring Hearts supports her and her family by providing necessary pantry items, diapers, medical supplies and transfers to Tijuana for medical attention.

Virginia is battling a lot within her body. She struggles with hypertension, has a tumor in the nose, and frequently experiences seizures. These issues make raising several small children and other daily activities much more challenging. CHM supports Virginia by providing her with necessary medical supplies and food.

Look at that sweet face! Victoria's tiny body is fighting a battle against leukemia, and Caring Hearts is helping her, and her family, fight this cancer by helping with the chemotherapy appointments and costs. We are believing that she will win this battle, in the name of Jesus!

Tomasa is the sweetest, with a positive outlook on life, despite the difficulties in her life. Tomasa is blind and struggles with diabetes. Caring Hearts supplies her with diapers, pantry items and necessary medicines.

Telma is confined to her home due to many medical conditions. Caring Hearts supplies Telma with many pantry items as well as medical supplies.

Erderson is such a super sweet boy. Sadly, he suffered a traumatic brain injury when he was an infant, leaving him blind and autistic. His mom works hard to provide for him and his siblings, but with Erderson's medical needs it's simply not enough. Caring Hearts helps Erderson's family by purchasing medicines for him, bringing them groceries and helping them pay bills.

Charlotte, her mom and her little brother live together in San Luis. Charlotte has had complications since birth, and she has to breathe through a tract in her throat. Her mom loves and takes care of her, but it prevents her from being able to go to work. Caring Hearts supports the family with food and medicine.

Sayda is a hardworking mother to her family. Because of medical issues including diabetes, tumors and a large hernia in her stomach, she and her family have to travel to Mexicali often for medical care. Caring Hearts assists with that.

Meet Beatriz. She suffers from tumors and constant bleeding. She cares for her 5 grandchildren that became orphaned after their mother was tragically murdered. We help her all we can by giving them food, gas and necessary medicines. CHM was able to provide the necessary supports to have their roof repaired, but they could really use some assistance in addressing some electrical issues in their home.

Vianey suffers from diabetes that requires her to use insulin. She currently lives with her mom, 3 sisters, and a baby. Caring Hearts has stepped in to provide insulin and other necessary medicines for her.

Herminia suffers from diabetes and high blood pressure. She is a grandma taking care of 7 grandchildren because her daughter, the children's mother, is addicted to drugs and abandoned them. CHM supports them by giving them food and medicine. In 2026, a CHM group was able to build them a much-needed new roof.

Jesus(41), is paralyzed from the middle of the body down, has cerebral fluid leak, and also has high blood pressure as well. Because of his many health issues, he lives with his mother, and she is his primary caregiver. Caring Hearts takes him to Mexicali for treatment and also provides medicine and food for him.

Graciela is the grandmother of Brian and Lucy. She was diagnosed with breast cancer, and she looks after her grandchildren because her daughter struggles with drug addiction. Brian works at a restaurant to help out, and Caring Hearts is a part of their story by paying for this family’s gas and providing food twice a month.

Esperanza is a widow and a mother of two children, Martin and Carla. Esperanza has cancer and was also hit by a car. Because of this she has had to stop chemo and continues to need many surgeries to try and fix her leg. This sweet family lives in a one-bedroom house that a friend is letting them stay in as Esperanza needs a clean place to live so her leg doesn't get infected. Her adult children help her with many of her needs now, but Caring Hearts provides wheelchairs and crutches as well as assistance with appointments.

Yadira and her family have had a very challenging past. Yadira was in an accident many years ago and can no longer get out of bed because she is paralyzed from the chest down. She deals with extreme bed sores. She is the mother of three children and a grandmother of one. Caring Hearts helps her with her medical supplies.

Meet Norma! Norma was born with severe disabilities and cannot walk. She is in a wheelchair and is missing one of her legs. She has two children, Cecilia and Yair. Cecilia suffers from colitis and needs a new medication. When she feels well enough she attends school and wants to be a veterinarian one day. Yair has to stay home and care for his mother. He helps his mother make piñatas and candy to sell. This beautiful family lives in a very tiny home and they share one bed. We help this family with gas and food.

Alejandro was born with severe disabilities. He is unable to walk, talk, or move. He wears diapers and is bedridden all day. CHM supports Alejandro by providing diapers and a wheelchair. They have a need for a new roof over their kitchen and CHM would like to make that happen for them.

Brenda is 43 and was born with disabilities. She cannot walk, is confined to a wheelchair, wears diapers and cannot take care of herself. She needs help bathing, getting dressed, and moving. Her mother, Josephine, is 81 and is the one who takes care of Brenda and her two brothers, who struggle with drug addiction. Brenda can't do very much, but she loves when she gets to go to church and sing praises for the Lord. She has a sweet soul.
